These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of novamodo.co and the services provided by Novamodo, LLC (“Novamodo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Novamodo provides professional consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between Novamodo and the client. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls with respect to the services described in it.

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or tax advice, and does not create a consulting relationship. All content, marks, and materials on this site are owned by Novamodo or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
3. SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
The following terms apply to Novamodo’s text message program. By providing your mobile number to Novamodo and consenting to receive messages, you agree to these messaging terms.
Program description
Novamodo sends customer care and appointment-related text messages to clients and prospective clients. Messages include replies to your questions, scheduling and rescheduling of consultations, meeting confirmations and reminders, requests for information needed to complete your engagement, and follow-up on active work. This is a conversational, two-way customer care program. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you consent
You consent to receive text messages from Novamodo in one of two ways:
- You provide your mobile number to a member of our team in person or verbally and agree to be contacted by text message; or
- You send a text message to our business number, in which case your message constitutes consent for us to reply.
You consent to receive messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not obtain phone numbers from purchased lists, rented lists, or third-party lead vendors.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your engagement and the questions you send us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Novamodo does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to opt out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and then send no further messages to that number unless you opt back in. To rejoin, reply START or contact us and provide consent again.

Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Novamodo.
Supported carriers and devices
Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support is subject to change without notice. Some devices may not support all message types.
Privacy
Your mobile number and consent record are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Changes to the program
We may modify or discontinue the messaging program at any time. Material changes to these messaging terms will be posted on this page.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or messaging channels to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of our services.
5. Disclaimers
Our website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novamodo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our website or messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability arising from a consulting engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novamodo and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our website or messaging channels or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or our messaging program will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
